Privacy

The short version

This site collects one thing: an email address, and only if you type it into the waitlist box yourself. It is used to send you one email when Menu opens. It is not sold, rented, or handed to advertisers.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you join the Menu waitlist. It is stored in our own database, hosted by Cloudflare. The founder is the only person who sees it.
• Anything you send us directly — the contents of an email you write to support@wildflowerlabs.ai, kept as long as needed to answer you.

We also count visits, using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It records that a page was viewed and roughly where the visit came from. It sets no cookies, does not fingerprint your device, and cannot follow you to any other site — it produces a number, not a person. Visitors in the EU are not measured at all — the counter is never loaded for them.

This site does not run advertising trackers, does not use cookies to track you, and does not build a profile of you across other sites.

What we do with it

We use your email address to tell you when Menu is available, and to answer you if you wrote to us. That's the whole list. We do not sell personal information. The only third party that touches it is Cloudflare, which hosts this site and its database, and the email provider that will deliver the launch announcement when there is one to send — both acting on our instructions and for no other purpose.

How long we keep it

Waitlist addresses are kept until Menu launches and the announcement goes out, or until you ask us to remove yours — whichever comes first. Email support@wildflowerlabs.ai and you are deleted, no reason required. The launch announcement will carry an unsubscribe link as well.

Your choices

Write to support@wildflowerlabs.ai and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You do not need to explain why, and you will not be treated differently for asking. If you are in a place with statutory privacy rights — the EU, the UK, California and others — those rights apply here regardless of what this page says.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us an email address, tell us and we will delete it.

The Menu app

Menu has not launched. When it does, it will have its own privacy policy covering the data the app actually handles — your account, the dishes you log, and who you share them with. This page covers the website only.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the effective date above changes with it, and anyone on the waitlist gets told.
